Empowering Women

Empowering Rural Women to Lead, Earn, and Thrive

JVSS has mobilized 25,000 women across 300 villages in Beed district, forming a powerful network of 2,500+ Self-
Help Groups (SHGs). These groups are united under Mahila Vikas Manch (MVM), a women-led federation driving change at the grassroots.

Mahila Vikas Manch (MVM) is a collective platform that enables rural women to become economically independent,
socially aware, and active participants in local governance.
With structured representation at village, taluka, and district levels, women are not just beneficiaries, they are decision-makers.
